Optima Bemanning AB is a staffing and recruitment company focused on heavy industry. We work on behalf of clients throughout Sweden. Our headquarters is located in Östergötland. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

A valid welding license for MaG EN-9606 135 / 136 is desirable. Please attach it to your application.

If you also master welding with method 141 (TiG), this is an advantage as it occasionally occurs at the workplace.

Furthermore, you are independent and a problem solver, but have no issues discussing and ventilating work processes with your colleagues.

You have a high school education and previous industrial experience.

Forklift training is considered a significant plus.

Your welding certification for MaG (135 / 136) should be attached to your application. We are looking for 2 skilled welders for assignments in Haninge on behalf of our client.

The work consists of independent welding of metal constructions.

You are familiar with various tasks in a workshop and have no problems reading and understanding welding drawings.

Your knowledge of MaG welding and reading blueprints is crucial for a well-executed job, and there are high demands from our client company and its end customer regarding angle accuracy and visual inspections of welds and measurements.
